We are a leadership and team development consultancy working with leaders and teams to enhance well being, performance and creativity.  Founded by Performance Coach, Declan O’Connell and Leadership Coach, Ciara Conlon, the two combined their passion for human potential, presence and purpose to help organisations ensure a talent pipeline of high potentials and create teams that flourish.

Ciara Conlon

Ciara is a High Performance Leadership Coach, Speaker and Author. Her mission is to help leaders and their teams unlock their inner potential.

Declan O'Connell

Declan is a Performance Coach and speaker specialising in leadership, mental toughness, performance under pressure and team development.

Declan has 10 years’ experience working in a corporate banking environment and most recently designed and project led the implementation of a Coaching Culture in KBC Bank Ireland plc.

Declan brings a true passion for his coaching, offering a customised approach that targets the specific developmental needs of those with whom he works with
